How do I manage my Auto-Send payments?
- From your Wingocard dashboard, click on your teen’s name to view all your active Auto-Sends
- To create a new payment, click on “Allowance” or “Create your own”.
- If you select “Create your own”, you’ll be able to name the Auto-Send payment whatever you like!
How do I cancel an Auto-Send?
To cancel an existing Auto-Send payment:
- Click on your teen’s name on your app dashboard
- Select the Auto-Send you would like to cancel, and click “Stop Auto-Send”
- Confirm the cancellation
Can I pause an Auto-Send payment?
Currently you can only cancel an Auto-Send payment, however, if you don’t have enough funds in your parent account to cover the transfer, that date will be skipped. For more information you can check out this article: What happens if I don't have enough funds to cover my Auto-Send?
