If you've been brought to this page or haven't been able to access your Wingocard account after uploading your ID, your upload may have been unsuccessful. This can happen for a few reasons:
- It's been more than 14 days and the link has expired
- You clicked the link multiple times without a successful upload
- We weren't able to validate your identity using the ID you provided
