Note: For Parent accounts, please update to the latest version of the app to see the request in the app after tapping on the notification.
If your balance is running low, and you need money from your parent, you can directly request it within the app.
How do I request money from my parent?
- Tap on Send or Request
- Select your sponsor
- On the next screen enter the amount of money you are requesting. You can also add a custom message so your parent knows what you need the money for
- Swipe to the right to request
Your parent will then receive a notification for your request. They can click on the notification and accept the request. If they miss it, they can also check their email and click on the link to the app.
