Setting a PIN is not required for your virtual card.
If a merchant is asking you for a PIN, ask them to "fall back to signature".
If this isn't working, you can call our automated phone number to set a PIN on your card. This is intended for your physical card, but because your physical and virtual cards share a card number, this will technically set a PIN on your virtual card as well.
