- Reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible
- Request to cancel your card. We will issue you a new one.
- Answer a few quick questions, detailing the transaction(s) in question
- From there, our team will conduct an investigation on the transaction(s) and aim to have the funds returned to you within 90 days of the claim
